During the input control all needed operations will be determained to every bandsaw sawblade, received to our service.
Leveling will be made to all bandsaw blades.
All sawblades will be tensioned.
All bandsaw blades will be sharpened on top.
If stellite teeth are worn below the norm, the hole bandsaw blade will be retipped. In case of some damaged tooth, retipping of single teeth is possible.
Swaged teeth will be renewed on the hole bandsaw blade, if the previous are worn below the norm or some teeth are damaged. Swaging of single teeth is not possible.
